At Brijgee Ayurveda, your satisfaction is our priority. We take great care to ensure every product reaches you in perfect condition. If, however, you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, our return policy makes the process simple and transparent.
Eligibility for Returns
Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery.
Items must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging.
Proof of purchase (order ID or invoice) is required.
For damaged, defective, or incorrect items, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos for quick resolution.
Non-Returnable Items
Products that have been opened or used.
Items purchased during special promotions, clearance, or as free samples.
Personalized or custom-made products.
How to Initiate a Return
Email us at support@brijgee.com or WhatsApp our customer care team with your order details.
Our team will verify eligibility and provide instructions for pickup or return shipment.
Once we receive and inspect the product, your refund or replacement will be processed within 5–7 business days.
Refunds
Refunds will be issued to your original payment method.
Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error.
Exchange Option
